Hamza Elbuhaisi is a reporter and creative director. He is the founder and executive manager of Target Productions with some of his colleagues. Hamza is a one man crew, currently working at "VJ Movement". He has a seven-year experience in TV Channels, Radio Broadcast, Newspapers and freelance news industry. He enjoys working in production, photography and creative media which allows him to share his view of life, to breach language barriers and to communicate with people throughout the world. For over a decade he has been actively seeking to enhance his business with respect to his production and working in films industry. Much of his time has been dedicated to working in investigative journalism, which will awaken journalist's potentials in practicing media, filming, and editing, world knowledge and enable them to produce, to set high goals, and to achieve them.

Being a member in Target Productions crew, Mohamad Abu Sidu is a cameraman and filmmaker of a five-year experience. He has worked in Ramattan News Agency as a soundman for two years and then as a cameraman for another two years. His work has been in the interest of Aljazeera English, BBC World, France 24 and NTV. He has worked in filming more than six documentary films with Ramattan Production crews. He has recently produced two documentary films.

Asma Shaker is a writer and a journalist. She works in the field of visual arts and cultural journalism since 2006. She writes critical articles in the Al-Jazeera documentary website and in Al-Akbar Lebanese daily newspaper in addition to her work as a trainer in the field of creative writing for boys. She has a BA in Arabic literature and Media. She was a trainee in Ramattan News Agency, Russia Today channel in Gaza office and Al-Ayyam Palestinian Newspaper. She has published numerous fictions in Arab and international newspapers and magazines along with her participation in other literary books. Having believed in the powerful message that an image would send, she becomes interested in documentary filmmaking and she also aspires to write fictions and scenarios because she believes that writing means identity. She has sought to publish her new stories and to enhance her knowledge, her writing style and her creativity.

Having a diploma in design ; editing, Abed El-Rahman Hussien is a professional editor of a seven-year experience. He gives courses in Montage as well. He has worked in Ramattan News Agency for 5 years. He has edited more than 12 films: four long films, three video art films and five short films. He won international prizes for "Gaza Sederot project", "To my Father" film and "Guevara Gaza" film.

Nagham Mohanna is a coordinator, correspondent and filmmaker. She has 5 years of experience in media field. She enjoys working in media where she finds herself as a messenger of reality. Nagham has worked in French Press Agency as correspondent for two years and as a translator at Al-Dameer Association for Human Rights. She also works in Gaza Press Center, as she still at the top of her work to date. Recently finished her program "sleepless in Gaza and Jerusalem" she was working as a correspondent in the program.

Being talented in the decorative arts, having a 9-year experience in the graphic design field and receiving many awards, Mohammed Siyam (Simon) is considered a professional photographer and graphic designer. In 2003, he worked as a freelance designer for publications and Web sites, then he moved to work in special companies from 2007 to 2009. Mohammad refuses to work in private sectors, which offer him golden opportunities, because he believes that self-employment is much better because it gives him the chance to be creative and innovative. He has recently worked as a Graphic Design trainer. Mohammed has organized a number of exhibitions; the latest one was in 2010 about photos done by young Palestinian girls and in which he trained, supervised and proposed the idea of the exhibition. 

Having worked in Ramattan News Agency for three years, Moamen Awadalla is a professional soundman and technician and of four-year experience in Media field. He worked within production department and he has produced more than five films. He is currently working as a freelance soundman and technician.
