Journalism and media production have recently faced formidable changes to the extent that both the electronic press and printing press are equalized in their significance, along with numerous information and news, blogs and e-newspapers, and T.V channels as a result of the tremendously technological upheaval. As the entire world turns out to be a small village, the highly secretive issues are no longer confidential or classified, especially those related to humanitarian violations and other crimes taking place all over the world besides the corruption of political officials and other currently important issues.

Target assumes that news becomes meaningless and the T.V image ends up being consuming and never reflects the topic that it talks about. Therefore, Target is interested in investigative journalism and documentary films rather than the printing press and T.V press.
Target 's interest in producing both long and short documentaries came to raise the level of humanitarian, social, political and economic issues in a way that they are tackled in a very real objective manner free from any fake facts or unreal fabrication and to highlight the minute details so they can be resorted to after a long period of time.
Target 's interest in the investigative journalism seeks to reveal the hidden and document the problems, having the hope of drawing the attention towards the accused authorities (intentionally of unintentionally) and achieving justice and accountability. It is also the fourth pillar of authority.

Being established at the end of 2008, Target is a group specialized in the production of documentaries and investigative journalism only.
Target targets bilingual youth of open-mindset and wide-horizon having experience in producing documentaries and investigative journalism. In 2009, Target's crew was being trained to reach all producers around the world and those who seeks pictures of high quality, accuracy and correctness.
Target works on producing documentary films or helps in its production for whomsoever demands by providing a complete professional crew of producers to escort the foreign producers, in addition to providing the necessary facilities.
With Target's journalists' determination along with experts' help in TV. production and investigative journalism, Target is heading towards its strategic aim because of the urgent need of the Arab and international media to know more about essentially sensitive issues.
